ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Stacey, so pleased you have found me! So, a little about me: I trained with the Quaternity School of Yoga and am a certified 200 RYT Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.
I have studied and trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra. I teach mainly Hatha but draw upon and incorporate many elements of these teachings into my classes, 1-1's and my own practise. I am so happy to be able to share what I have learnt with you, and my hope is that a little of it sparks a light in you.

CLASSES
Movement for Life
Improving wellbeing is more than just a fitness decision, it’s a lifestyle commitment. HATHA
My Slow flow yoga classes, created as an introduction to Yoga. The sessions are focused on slow and intentional movement to help you gain confidence in this practise. With regular attendance you will find a stronger, calmer and happier you!
Suitable for beginners with a reasonable level of fitness
Time: 60 minutes
What to wear: Loose, light & comfortable clothing
What to bring: Water, a mat
Cost: £10 drop in or £32 block booking 4 sessions

VINYASA
The next step on from the Hatha classes. This is where we step up the pace with vinyasa yoga, moving with the pace of your breath, to really heat things up and build strength, flexibility and give you a real mood boost!
This is a dynamic class for those with a reasonable level of fitness and no injuries.
Time: 60-90 minutes
What to wear: Light loose clothes as you will sweat!
What to bring: A bottle of water, a towel and a mat if you have one
Cost: £10 per hour if you are dropping in or £32 block booking 4 sessions

ONLY YOU
A bespoke session or sessions created for you for your level of ability and requirements. We may chant, we may meditate, we may move, It's all up to you! We will work together to find what feels good for you.This is a space for you to let go, and carve out some precious time to just be.
Time 60 mins
What to wear: Loose, light easy to move in layers
Venue: Your home or a chosen studio
Cost: £30 per hour

YOGA NIDRA
60 minute session of Yoga Nidra has been said to be as relaxing and rejuventing as 3 hours good quality sleep! Designed to help you access a deeper conscious state to help you deeply relax and soothe. All you need is a comfy place to lay down and listen to my dulcet tones talk you through this meditative session.
£15 per 60 minute session
