New community Yoga sesh happened!

So much fabulousness! I had the pleasure of sharing yoga with some lovely ladies the other night, some new to yoga some not, and we had a blast. Love seeing others on the start of their journey - yoga and otherwise and I had some young ladies who were very impressive and really took to learning something new and possibly a bit odd? If the giggling was anything to go by, so adorbs!

Anyway, if you are thinking of coming along we will welcome you with open arms, all are welcome. So why not? Make new friends and make a positive difference to yourself. I look forward to meeting you.
